Job DescriptionJohnson & Johnson IT Finance is recruiting for a Finance Manager OUS, located in Beerse – Belgium (30 minutes from Antwerp), Sao Paulo – Brazil, or Singapore.This position will be a member of the IT finance team, covering the financial controlling activities for the TS (IT Technical Services) organization outside of the US. You’ll have the opportunity to work in global environment with a cross country/region and cross sector reach.The manager will take a lead role to transition the organization from 3 teams with regional focus to one TS Finance team, crafting responsibilities across the EMEA, ASPAC and Americas regions. The position will guide the team to drive standardization and simplification.What’s in it for you?

Key Responsibilities: Budgeting & Reporting
- Financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, quarterly close and internal control for operating expenses (~350MM$), capital expenditure (~80MM$) and headcount (~800FTE)
People Management
- Day to day people management and coordination of a team of finance professionals
- Own the transition of the team
Other
- Ensure financial compliance.
- Active engagement with global finance team and ensure regional needs are understood and incorporated
- Challenge business assumptions, help to develop alternative scenarios and educate business partners on financial issues, concepts, and ownership.
- Financial support for global/regional projects
Job QualificationsEducation
- Masters in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting or Bachelor and Professional finance qualification (CMA/CPA) or equivalent
Experience and Skills:Required
- Strong people leadership skills and people development track record
- Proficient in English
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Creative and continuously looking for improvements in execution and results
- The ability to work pro-actively, independently and in team across geographic boundaries and willing to be hands-on
