Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion, or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world.When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough.Our Medtech business segment produces a broad range of innovative Medical Devices and solutions used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, neurological disease, cardiovascular disease, and aesthetics.Answering to the Finance Intelligence Manager, the coordinator will be the responsible to accelerate Medical Devices profitability by engaging in strategic projects focusing in our Key Accounts and Strategic Distributors connecting Channel & Portfólio strategies.She/He will partner with several business being a commercial team member with financial expertise.Key Responsibilities

  • Be the key finance partner of Commercial Policy discussions and Projects focused on sound profitability improvement
  • Ensure continuity of robust financial modeling to understand Medical devices business profitability by Region, Channel and Key Customers
  • Connect in depth with business partners and be seen as a trusted advisor to provide financial guidance while influencing the decision-making process
  • Participate in business plan cycles as well as BvA analysis
  • Partner with Pricing, Sales Compensation, Commercial & Franchise Leaders, and other key areas to provide new/fresh ideas on how to improve profitability
  • Run Business Case analysis focusing on pricing execution and new ways of working
  • Be an active leader to junior members, not only in MedTech but also within other commercial areas.
  • Engage in initiatives to foster organizational health
  • Presents ad hoc analyses and presentations for our leadership.
  • Relevant Previous Experience in Finance is required.
  • Previous Experience with Business Support Finance will be a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills is required.
  • Advanced/Fluent Skills in English is required (presentations, listening and written).
  • SAP/Tableau Solutions/PowerBI Skills is desirable.
  • Availability to work in São Paulo.
