Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement investment strategies, including assessing clients’ investment profiles, to achieve long-term financial goals.
Manage and lead a team of investment professionals, providing guidance and support.
Monitor financial markets and economic trends to identify investment opportunities and risks.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Evaluate and manage various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternative investments.
Conduct due diligence on investment opportunities and make recommendations to the executive team.
Utilize multimedia channels, including videos and social media, to promote investment products and engage with clients.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
CGA (Certificação de Gestores ANBIMA) certification.
CNPI (Certificação Nacional do Profissional de Investimento) certification.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Experience in multimedia marketing and the use of videos and social media for investment promotion and client engagement.
Deep knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.
Ability to make strategic decisions in a rapidly changing environment.
Strong ethical and fiduciary standards.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in fixed income trading.
Ph.D. in finance, economics, or a related field.
CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification.
