About Our Team

As the Head of M&A LATAM, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company. Your primary mission will be to lead our M&A strategy, identifying and executing acquisition opportunities that align with our product and business goals across Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.

Your challenge

  • Develop with C-level and business owners an M&A strategy that are tightly integrated with our overall product and business strategy;
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential acquisition targets that will enhance our technological capabilities, expand our market presence, and complement our existing services;
  • Lead end-to-end M&A processes, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and integration;
  • Guide integration process, serving as a Project Manager for the entire process;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of acquired entities

What We Expect From You

  • Proven experience in leading and executing M&A transactions, preferably within the technology or e commerce sectors;
  • Experience in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or Business Consulting;
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate potential acquisitions from a business and product perspective;
  • Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and deliver results on time;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and influence stakeholders at all levels;
  • Availability to travel to other countries where we operate (AR, MX, CH, CO)

As a plus

  • Experience working closely with product teams to understand and align M&A activities with product development and innovation;
  • Understanding of the cultural and business nuances in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia or Chile, with the ability to navigate and manage cross-cultural relationships effectively;
  • Proficiency in Spanish
