About The Role

The Real Estate Digital Content Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Management of the Lobby Experiences:
  • Be the owner of the organization of all the content that should go into each one of the Lobby project experiences/screens (external & internal).
  • Coordinate and align with Publisher, Internal and External Comms, P&C, Brand, MKT and other teams.
  • Coordinate and update content in the system. Make sure our content is aligned with the Nu’s external and internal position (we do not want to be outdated or not important for users).
  • Support and coordinate initiatives with Marketing and Brand Teams to implement campaigns / activation / content in our physical spaces (common areas) to maximize the interaction with Nu’s culture and Brand in our offices.
  • Lead Real Estate & Workplace Solutions key team meetings that are related to improving team communication, engagement and collaboration. Earned Media: bring data and metrics.
  • Lead Real Estate & Workplace Solutions communication strategies and create content that show the deliverables and impact the REWS team delivers to Nu. Have an integrated plan with Nubank’s overall comms plan.
  • Support Real Estate & Workplace Solutions in the participation of key Industry events, publications, interviews, articles, etc to bring visibility to our Brand and how we differentiate ourselves by the unique spaces we create (huge Post-Pandemic topic).

What We Are Looking For

  • Knowledge in digital communication for corporate spaces and content production
  • Notions of equipment operation to observe problems and be able to report them
  • Usability and interface basics (to know what to order)
  • Experience with technology projects and using APIs
  • Experience with events management (it will be a plus)
  • Advanced English skills

Role Location

São Paulo, Brasil.

  • Interviewing and onboarding is currently done virtually due to COVID-19. Everyone new to the team and our current staff will remain working from home until it is safe to return to our offices. If/when relocation is required, we have a team dedicated to global mobility and have partnered up with the best companies in the market to make sure processes run smoothly. Nu’s Real Estate & Workplace Solutions (REWS) team is responsible for:

  • Generating a strategic and efficient Real Estate strategy for our Global Portfolio;
  • Designing & building a unique workplace for our 5,000+ Nubankers globally;
  • Guaranteeing the best possible workplace experience for Nubankers (at the office and at home);
  • Assuring 100% safe, legally compliant and well maintained buildings/spaces.

This position will also have a dotted line report to the Communications structure.
