Additionally we have one of the strongest investor bases in the world~ Monashees, GGV, Softbank, Tiger Global, Lightspeed, among others.Join our team! ⚡About the role~Frubana is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, self-starter with problem solving skills and a team attitude to join our organization as Controller for Brazil, responsible for all accounting/tax routine aligned with Tax/IFRS standards. This position promises to be fast-paced and full of opportunities to implement new and impactful initiatives.What will you do~
- Manage accounting and tax teams for our Brazilian Operation;
- Analyze Balance Sheet and cash flow statements;
- Analyze/Create operating processes from a financial and accounting standpoint;
- Continuous improvements in the financial/accounting/operating and fiscal process in partnership with our HQs;
- Presentation of the monthly business review proposing improvements and exposing the business situation;
- Support the continuous development of the accounting and fiscal teams;
- Ensure the general compliance and calculations/deliveries of tax obligations
What you need~
- Accounting Degree;
- Active CRC;
- Experience in managing teams;
- English or Spanish (Fluent);
- Advanced Office Pack;
- Knowledge in CPC mainly related to IFRS09/IFRS15
