We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in AMERICAS at Campinas, Brazil.

Job Purpose:

Execute Commercial Real Estate plans and transactions to maximize the value of the organization’s Real Estate portfolio, provide input to portfolio planning.

Manage the acquisition, management and disposal all facilities, site acquisition and leasing of space. Review lease document language for administrative/liability problems. Establish productive business relationships with all levels of customers, business partners and vendors. Responsible for building business unit relationships, accurately setting and meeting expectations. Provide business partners with a proactive, knowledgeable point of contact and communicator for key real estate issues. Assign work, sets completion dates, reviews work, and manages performance in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and performance management process. Perform as Portfolio Steward for DSC.

Your tasks:

  • Responsible for overall performance and results of leasing program;
  • Will use CRE guidelines and governance to administer leasing program;
  • Negotiates and approves lease agreements with customers and potential customers;
  • Review lease agreements for customers and potential customers;
  • Directs efforts of contractors and developers who perform leasehold improvements and build-to-suit for lease transactions;
  • Formally communicate with appropriate division representatives to determine real estate requirements, reach agreement and insure compliance with expectations;
  • Develop leasehold budgets for use in annual budgets;
  • Deliver leasehold solutions in accordance with established timelines and budgets;
  • Generate income and cost savings;
  • Manage and execute Commercial Real Estate plans and transactions to maximize the value of the organization’s Real Estate portfolio, manage complex projects & programs and connect at a supervision level;
  • Connect with business colleagues including business development, solutions design teams, operations, and finance teams to ensure solution aligns with business requirements;
  • Assess real estate options and viability in order to determine commercial opportunities;
  • Provide thorough market information to support real estate options;
  • Negotiate best outcome for transaction and present opportunities to business colleagues in standardized format to allow for comparison;
  • Manage project from sourcing to handover working with teams from Construction and Facilities Management, as required;
  • Work with stakeholders to finalize transactions including Legal, Finance, Risk & Insurance and Regulatory Affairs.

Your profile:

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate);
  • Languages (level):
    • Portuguese: native (mandatory);
    • English: fluent (mandatory);
    • Spanish: intermediate (differentiator).

Experience Level

  • More than 5 years of relevant commercial experience;
  • Differentiator: Knowledge in real estate market
